I gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange.

Return window: 14 days from delivery

Non-returnable items

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale items

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Any loss in value due to damage or use may be deducted from the refund

Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail. International orders are sent with tracking where available.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–3 working days

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of the world: 5–7 working days

These timeframes refer to arrival in the destination country. Final delivery may take longer depending on customs processing, local postal services, and distance from the point of entry.

For example, US orders typically arrive within 10–15 working days.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
